Osprey Mental Health offers private-pay, concierge-style psychiatric care for individuals who value accessibility, privacy, and highly personalized treatment.By working directly with our patients instead of insurance networks, we’re able to provide longer visits, more attentive follow-up, and a truly individualized approach to mental wellness.We accept all major credit and debit cards, and you may use HSA or FSA funds for eligible services. Common Questions About Payment and Coverage

Do you accept insurance?We currently operate as a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. This allows our providers to spend more time with each patient and deliver highly personalized care without the limitations of network requirements.

Can I get reimbursed by my insurance?Yes, many patients are eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. After your visit, we can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance company for possible partial reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Do you accept HSA or FSA cards?Absolutely. All major HSA and FSA cards are accepted for qualified medical expenses, including Osprey visits and ongoing care.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA/FSA cards. Payments are processed securely at the time of scheduling your appointment.

Is there a subscription required?No subscription is required—patients may pay per visit or enroll in our Monthly Membership ($59/month) for ongoing care, priority scheduling, and messaging access to their provider.

Why don’t you work with insurance?Our goal is to provide premium, holistic psychiatric care without the time limits, diagnostic restrictions, or privacy concerns often associated with insurance-based models. This approach lets our clinicians focus on you—not paperwork.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?Yes. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee.
